My name is Cindé, and I swear. Really. Not all the time, and not all swear words – I’m picky. The f-one seems to pop up occasionally, and sh… sometimes too. The power lies therein to use them sparingly. You really want whoever to take note when one slips from your tongue. The same is true for just about any word that you can think of. Sadly, for example, nothing is amazing anymore – because, at one time, everything was. That is why the urban dictionary is updated regularly. Once a word becomes cool ;-), it gets overused and loses its sickness ;-).
So I just want to say thank you for teaching your kids not to swear and preserving the power of some of my favourite words – I really need them. (Just click away, Karen, no need to get upset).
