I’m not sure how and why we got into such a hurry. Or me. Why am I in such a hurry? Always. Just look at how slowly en perfectly spring overcomes winter. In fact, it looks beautiful together.
We often appear as a storm, wild and fierce – changing things, you know? Fixing the mess. But selecting the slow redo is almost always better. Especially in communication. Easy does it. As in nature, the slow and gentle rain does much less damage than the big and massive pouring down. Think slowly, speak slowly. Make your words matter.
